ABOUT ME

Where Healthcare Meets Housing

My Name Is Danielle Reed.

I am a Registered Nurse with over two decades of experience in neurorehabilitation and critical care.

I have an MBA and certification as a Life Care Planner.

But the real education came from the people I had the honor of caring for.

I've been where families couldn't go.

RN, MBA, CLCP | 23+ Years Healthcare Experience

At Shepherd Center, I cared for patients in ways their families couldn't.

Not because they didn't love them.

But because what these patients needed required a different kind of presence.

Someone who understood the medical realities.

Someone who could help them through the fear, the pain, the loss of who they used to be.

Someone who could see them as MORE than their injury.

I bathed them when they couldn't move.

I read their lips when they couldn't speak.

I held their hand through procedures their loved ones weren't allowed in the room for.

It was intimate. Raw. Sacred.

It taught me something profound about what people truly need.

And I got to witness something remarkable.

People who arrived completely broken...

Stroke survivors who couldn't move their own hand.

Accident victims who couldn't feel their legs.

People who had lost everything they thought defined them.

Would slowly... painfully... start to rebuild.

Regaining movement.

Finding their voice again.

Fighting with everything they had to reclaim their independence.

The strength I saw was beyond anything I could've imagined.

But then discharge day would come.

And honestly?

I didn't fully understand what happened next.

All I knew was that these families were having a really hard time finding accessible housing.

So I created some.

Simple as that.

I didn't grasp the full weight of it... Until I had been in this business for a while.

That's when I started hearing the stories.

Families scrambling to retrofit homes that weren't built for wheelchairs.

People burning through their savings trying to make basic modifications.

Others giving up entirely... moving into facilities they never wanted to be in.

All because accessible housing wasn't available when they needed it.

And now?

Now I think about my own aging parents.

About what we're ALL going to face eventually.

The reality that most of us are one accident, one stroke, one diagnosis away from needing a home that actually works for our new reality.

And there just aren't enough options out there.

That's the urgency I feel now.

Which Is Why I Want To Buy Your House.

Every property I acquire becomes a solution for someone who desperately needs it.

It allows me to expand faster.

To help more people.

To create the widespread availability this community actually needs.

When you sell to me, it's more than just a sale.

You're helping someone stay independent.

Stay home.

Stay dignified.

That's something worth being part of.

Let's Make It Happen!

With Gratitude,

Danielle Reed
